We diagnose before we propose.
It runs as a working session, a plan from your data, a build, and a monthly report of what moved. We measure before we claim a result.
Four steps, in order
1. The working session. We do half of it before we meet. From the address you give us we look at what a customer sees: where you show up across the area you serve, and what your site does with them once they arrive. The other half is invisible from outside, so you tell us what happens after an inquiry lands. 30 minutes on both, and you leave with what we would look at first and why.
2. The plan, from your data. If you want to go further, we measure before we propose. The plan is built from your own numbers rather than a template, and it names the pillar that goes first, the product that delivers it, what is included, and how it will be measured.
3. The build. We build one named product at a time, in the order the diagnosis sets. Your website code, your CRM account and your data are yours.
4. The report. Every month you get the measures relevant to the work, the map and the AI Visibility scan where visibility is in scope and the journey numbers where the system is, with what moved, what did not, and what is next. At day ninety there is a review before anything renews.
The terms
What is guaranteed. We guarantee the work and the measurement. Every deliverable named in the plan is delivered, and every number we report comes with evidence you can inspect. Rankings, leads and AI mentions are not guaranteed.
How long you are committed. You commit to a short initial term, then month to month on notice, with a roadmap for the first six months and a review at day ninety before anything renews. The exact term is set in your proposal, not by a page on a website. Onboarding is charged on signing and is not refundable. A website paid in instalments carries its own twelve-month term.
What you own. The site and its code, the accounts, the data, the reports and the scans behind them. Some tools and workflows are licensed while we run them, and your proposal says which.
What is not a line item. The platform license for the journey system is bundled. Text messages and call minutes are charged at what they cost us, with a monthly allowance included. Third-party costs are billed separately and shown.
How many clients we take. We take one website build, or one integrated journey implementation, or two SEO onboardings per start window. The next window opens the following month.
Pricing. It is not published here. We measure before we propose, and the proposal is built from your data, so the number reflects your scope rather than a tier.
Healthcare
Where a launch involves patient information, it requires an approved privacy design, the written agreements the jurisdiction calls for, and the practice’s written authorization. The practice remains responsible for its own privacy assessment and clinical protocols. We supply the documentation pack; your privacy officer approves the legal basis. Voice agents handle administration only, booking, hours, directions, a message, with a transfer to a person during staffed hours and a callback path outside those hours, and every production workflow approved in writing.
