Mazaya Digital is a Canadian company founded in 2021 by Ala Al-Shaibani. We build growth systems for local businesses. The approach draws on more than fifty projects and adapts to the business in front of it.
We build on the MOSAIC Six: six connected pillars covering how a business is found, chosen, booked, paid and kept.
The standards
- We measure before we claim. Every number in a report comes with evidence you can inspect: your own accounts for the calls, form submissions and bookings, and the scans themselves for where you were seen.
- We diagnose before we propose. We will tell you when the thing you asked for is not your constraint.
- AI works for you, under your approval. It drafts, sorts, prepares and answers. A person approves what matters.
- Month to month after the initial term. Ongoing services move month to month once the initial term ends.
The founder
Ala Al-Shaibani founded Mazaya Digital after years at Microsoft building digital transformation strategies for large enterprises, where the return had to justify the spend, and after two strategy and operations roles. He began as an engineer, in risk and safety. He diagnoses, plans and builds every engagement himself, with a small team for production. More about Ala.
