How we implement it

Your growth system, built on the MOSAIC Six™

Mazaya Digital implements the MOSAIC Six for local businesses: a framework for connected growth and a build in the order the diagnosis sets.

MOSAIC Six, created by Ala Al-Shaibani. This page is how the framework is delivered as work. Read the framework itself.

The leak chain

An example of what happens when potential customers need your service. This is where they go.

  1. Find

They search. You rank at your own door and nowhere three miles out.

    Market Visibility

  2. Choose

They compare you with the business beside you, and pick it.

    Offer Design

  3. Inquire

They call at ten past five and reach voicemail.

    Systems

  4. Book

They hear back, and nobody offers a time. The quote goes stale.

    Systems, with Automation & AI

  5. Deliver

The day comes and they do not show. Nobody reminded them.

    Automation & AI

  6. Pay

The invoice waits, and someone has to chase it.

    Systems

  7. Return

They paid, and were never asked for a review or invited back.

    Customer Continuity

Insightsruns under every step. The count at each one is what a diagnosis reads, so a leak is measured rather than felt.

Every one of these belongs to a pillar. The question a diagnosis answers is which of them is losing you customers, and whether anyone in the business currently owns it.

No percentages, because your chain has its own numbers and measuring them is the first thing we do.

What owners ask for, and what we inspect first

What you say What usually gets bought What we inspect first
“My competitor ranks higher and I can’t work out why.” More SEO Your primary category, and the map of where you show up across the area you serve
“Getting traffic but zero leads.” More traffic The seam between the page and the phone: the offer, the form, the reply time
“I can’t respond in five minutes unless I’m glued to my phone.” A bigger team How quickly inquiries receive a first reply, who is responsible, and whether automation would help
“I have a CRM and it’s a glorified spreadsheet.” A different CRM The pipeline stages against how your sales happen
“They come once or twice, then just vanish.” More new-customer marketing What happens at ninety days, and whether anyone asked for the review
“How do I know if my agency is doing a good job?” Another agency Whether you can see the same numbers in your own accounts

We will tell you when what you asked for is not your constraint, which is the honest reason to hire a generalist over a specialist.

The pillars of the MOSAIC Six, and what delivers each

Pillar What it means for your business What we build
Market Visibility The right people can find you Local SEO, AI Visibility, Websites
Offer Design They have a reason to choose you Service pages that make the choice, proof on the page, the offer itself, inside Websites and Local SEO
Systems Every inquiry has an owner and a next step CRM & Customer Journey
Automation & AI Routine work happens reliably without being done by hand CRM & Customer Journey
Insights You can see what is working, with evidence you can inspect Measurement
Customer Continuity Customers come back and recommend you CRM & Customer Journey

Each pillar is a part of the business that can be examined, built and improved on its own, and none of them works alone. Your CRM can be any reliable one. Your visibility can come from search or from ads. The framework prescribes the structure and the connections; we choose the tools that fit your team and your budget, and your proposal says what is yours to keep. When we run the whole system, we are accountable for every part we manage and for every handoff between them.

How an engagement runs

  1. Talk. A working session. We look at what a customer sees beforehand, you tell us what happens after an inquiry lands, and 30 minutes go on what we would look at first and why.
  2. Prioritize. The pillar that is leaking most goes first. Sometimes it is the one you asked about, and often it is somewhere else entirely.
  3. Build. We build one named product at a time, in the order the diagnosis sets.
  4. Measure. Every month you get the measures relevant to the work, the map and the AI Visibility scan where visibility is in scope and the journey numbers where the system is, with evidence you can inspect.
  5. Review. At day ninety we go through what moved, what did not, and what is next.

Industries

More than fifty projects, across many trades, have shaped the framework, and it adapts to the business in front of it.

Where a launch involves patient information, it requires an approved privacy design, the written agreements the jurisdiction calls for, and the practice’s written authorization. The practice remains responsible for its own privacy assessment and clinical protocols.

What to fix first

Before we meet, we review where your business appears and what customers encounter online. During the 30-minute session, you walk us through what happens after an inquiry arrives. Those two views help us identify what deserves attention first and why. If you already have a project in mind, we start there.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take the whole system?
No. Take the whole system, or just the piece you are missing. A working session is where we work out which piece that is.
Is the MOSAIC Six a product?
It is a framework, which you can learn more about here. What you buy from us is the build of your own growth system on it.
Which tools do you use?
The ones that fit you. We work with the systems you already run where they can do the job, and choose the rest to fit your team and your budget. The tool is a choice, not a pillar.
How long before I see anything?
The visibility baseline is set at the start and rerun every month, so movement shows on the map as it happens. A journey system answers its first missed call the week it goes live. We guarantee the work and the measurement, never a ranking or a lead count.
Who does the work?
Ala does the work, with a small team for production. The person who diagnoses your business is the person who builds the plan.
