A physician's own platform, and a library that keeps itself current
How a longevity physician got a platform of his own: an SEO-built site, deep treatment pages, and a resource library that refreshes itself.
The practice
The client is a US physician in longevity and regenerative medicine, with an established clinical reputation and a considerable body of public work: published research, written articles, and a steady output across social platforms.
The starting condition
Everything he had produced lived somewhere else.
His clinics had sites, and those sites were about the clinics. His research sat with its publishers, his articles with whoever had run them, and his social media output on the platforms. A patient, a journalist or a referring physician looking him up found fragments across a dozen properties and no single place that said who he is and what he has done.
That is a recognition problem before it is a marketing problem.
What was built
A platform of his own, separate from the clinics. A clinic site sells the clinic’s services and is replaced when the clinic changes. A physician’s platform is the durable one, and it is the clearest place to land for someone searching his name or his subject.
Built for search from the structure up, not optimized afterwards. The information architecture came from how people search this field, so the site’s shape is the demand’s shape. Titles, headings, internal links and structured data follow from that.
Treatment pages with real depth. Longevity and regenerative medicine is a field where the patient arrives having read a great deal and understood some of it. These pages go into mechanism, candidacy, and what the evidence does and does not support.
Built for the marketing department to run without us. Content types, templates and publishing routes were designed so a marketer can add a treatment page or a resource without a developer, and without being able to break the structure that makes the site work.
A complete resource library, categorized with AI assistance. Every article, research publication and social media post is gathered into one browsable library. AI-assisted classification made the library possible at all, and the categories are reviewed rather than trusted blindly.
Automation that keeps it fresh. New work is pulled in as it is published. The library does not depend on somebody remembering to add things.
What this changed
He has one address that holds the whole body of work. Search him and there is a place to land that he owns, that is current without maintenance, and that a referring physician can read without assembling him from fragments.
The pillars this touched
Market Visibility, primarily: the platform exists to be found and to be understood as one entity. Offer Design shaped the treatment pages so a reader can decide. Systems set the publishing structure, and Automation & AI keeps the library current.
Pillars applied
This engagement applied Market Visibility, Offer Design, Systems and Automation & AI, 4 of the six pillars.

What to fix first
Before we meet, we review where your business appears and what customers encounter online. During the 30-minute call, you walk us through what happens after an inquiry arrives. Those two views help us identify what deserves attention first and why. If you already have a project in mind, we start there.
